Hey whoever replies...

Last year around this time I was tested for STD"s and about six months before that as well. My husband has had only me as his sexual partner for oral and intercourse.. He was not circumsized and where it covers the penis at the top it was red and bumpy and it burned...I am fine however although I think I may have a bacterial infection. I have checked on the internet to see if he has either herpes or genital warts and I could nto find the samething others have. The only thing I can think of however is that I gave I performed orally on him while I had a cold on the edge of my lip..I want to go and get tested this weekend but I am not sure if it is worth it..He is a painter and believes that is just a reaction to a paint or something and he does have very sensitive skin..I believe that he has been totally faithful and so have I...Am I blowing this completely out of proportion or it could be something else?..Please answer. Thank you

It could be a number of things... I'll tell you straight up you can rule out herpes 95% or warts 100%... Herpes sypthoms do vary from person to person but what you describe is highly un-likely to be herpes... There are thousands of other things that red bumps could be... It sounds like more of an irratation or an infection... I mean you just told me you had a bacterial infection or something... You very well could have had a cold sore on your lips, EVEN IF YOU didn't notice the coldsore it sheds some times without showing any signs... You could have given it to him, to be honest he prob already had it, if this was the case it just caused a reoccurance... 50 - 80% of us have HSV 1... ColdSores... Alot of ppl get irratations down there to chemicals such as the ones used in soap, laundry or paint for example... THose bumps you describe on your other message are fat cells under skin... We all have them, their always there... They are completly normal and will stay with you for the duration of your life, I have alot of them too :oops: Guys generally get em on their balls and the forskin... I am in University right now and I am actually about to start writing a thesis on HSV - 1 and 2, I will be posting it by Friday your welcome to read it, its pretty much everything I know about this fuck of a disease....

thank you for replying..it means alot/.....alot of doctors make me feel me feel uncomfortable to talk about my sexual past and sex about my husband and i....i didn't learn that a cold sore was a type of herpes until two or three years ago but i didn't know that you could pass it from the mouth to the genitals a few weeks ago...they don't teach you all the facts in school and it's a pity... i don't think he had it to begin with because the first we did have sex he barely knew what he was doing...he was completely square when i met him at the age of 22. i am one of those people who tend to worry constantly and make a big deal out of nothing but you said that it could just be some type of other infection from a soap, detergent or paint?>????...he does alot of spraying at work and that irratates my skin even when i am in the presence of it...are you saying that could be it??...thanks again...

No problem... I enjoy helping people out, especially when I see them in pain... I can stand seeing people writing and other viewing without replying... I still pray to God I don't have this disease from my last encounter... Your 2nd message reminds me of me... I'm TOTALLY paranoid of everything around me, especailly STDs... I blow things completly out of proportion.... If it was herpes you will have noticed fluid filled blisters by now.... Thats what usually happens anyways... Soaps and detergants dont cause infections but they can irratate skin so it looks red.... It could very well be something to the paint hes using... I don't know... Dont worry about talking to doctors, the more honest you are the better... If you've slept with alot of guys, so what... He/shes not there to judge you... Check your husband for the blisters, if your still worried go get him checked... I wouldn't worry.... I've posted a rough of just one part of my paper... It's all straight up facts and figures about HSV 1 2 ...
