Does anyone have any information about possibly going after someone legally who gave H to you? Has anyone done it?

ive contacted a lawyer, she says i could get big $$, but yet she has never called me back to get the process started lol..

but its possible, if u are able to prove u didnt have it before, and that he gave it to u w/o ever telling u he had it, and now u have it... its possible. but alot of work to really prove it

I was never tested before now but he knew that he had a long term relationship with someone who had it and didn't tell me this till the end of our relationship. He may have even known he had it, who knows. I would so love to go after him but I know it would be difficult, long and drawn out. I just hope for some kind of other justice. Thanks for the input.

if u were never tested, really theres no point in a lawsuit they can just say u had it before and u dont have any proof to dispuit that. and u dont sound so positive that the other person even knew he had it...

really just let it go, trying to punish him isnt going to help u in the long run it will hurt, just accept it, and live ur life better then u did before.
