When contracting Herpes...can anyone describe the pain associated with the legs or lower back.

It starts as a tingling pain in your buttock or leg, plus an itching at the site of the sore. Then your leg will become sensitive often all the way down to your foot. I experienced a hyper sensitivity in my leg and foot. The cold tile floor and toilet seat were uncomfortable on my foot and buttocks. Then it kind of lingers between hyper sensitivity to a dull cramp like feeling down the back of your leg for three to four weeks or so. Take 1000 mg. L-lysine twice a day, the pain will go away by the second day. don't stop taking it for three to four weeks.
