its something he enjoys, even when i tell him not to, i have to litearly pull his head away- but it doesnt help- and well then im convinced its ok lol.
but you should talk to him, if he doesnt have any issues with still doing it, then go for it. you can always use some protection, like dental dams (pretty much a square piece of latex~ they even come flavored hehe) same goes for him, you can use a condom, and still give oral.
its just something you to are going to have to deal with or work around- if hes ok with the risk, and so are you- enjoy it then
