More Virulent Strains.
Question: So what's normal for most isn't going to be normal for me, it seems. I have an outbreak in an unexpected place a week after stopping my medication and thought it was ok till the sores in my mouth started spreading. How on earth does H2 get in ones mouth if you haven't had oral sex since before the original diagnosis? My first outbreak didn't involve oral lesions at all. (or at least didn't notice) I'm totally freaked by this new discovery. I checked with a mirror and saw them they sure do look like herpes lesions, all pussy/blistery red bumps. Guess I ought to start back on my medication??? I've been taking Herplex once daily but am now going to try taking it three times daily and if it doesn't clear up some, two days from now I'll go back to the valtrex I suppose. I don't really want to but am very worried now. Not even sure this can be considered a rant, just didn't know where else to post this. Answer: if you kiss someone, share drinks, utensils, chapstick, toothbrush, etc... with anyone that had a active outbreak/ or was shedding heavily like before/after a outbreak. those are ways to get it. also depending on what you are doing to your body can influence the outbreaks. you want to be at a realitly good healthy standard, the better your body/immune system is, the more likely you will be able to fight off the outbreaks before they happen, and even lessen the severity of them. also things you eat can trigger them, theres a list on the home page and quite a few topics raised on the subject Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
