I don't have medical insurance either. I tried to wait to see if it would go away on it's own, but I was in so much pain that I just eventually had to shell out the money. Maybe your bf has some money that he is able to loan you? Someone else? I went to a clinic that charged me $120 for my visit. Pricey, yes, but it's your health. You should go if you think it's serious. Maybe a hospital ER that will bill you later so that you have time to get the money to repay? I've done that before when I had to go for fainting last year.
