Besides getting busted trying to have sex with a 13 year old boy on the infamous NBC program "To catch a predator with Chris Hansen", I feel cold sores are the most embarrassing thing that could ever happen.

i know there are TONS more things that are worse, but not too many things more embarrassing than having a cluster of small red planets on your lips that burst and leave a sore for everyone to see and make judgments.

i have had CS since 1998, and though never had any blisters on my genitals i get CS all the time. I'm considering taking a suppressive drug, but im concerned with my medical privacy and don't want my records to be put in the "herpes" pile....which i know the gov't does....i should stop now b4 i start in on the jfk plot lol

Yea that would prob make someone feel that way... I swear the social stigma on the disease is horrible...if the general public was more informed we would all be better off...:p

And I wouldn't call the latter embarrassing - I can think of many things but embarrassing doesn't exactly spring to mind.

Unless the programme was supposed to be humerous in some way and I'm missing the point.
