Outbreak on my shin?
Question: I know that herpes can be transferred to other places and can appear along the nerve its in or something. I'm pretty sure I have a patch on my shin. Its a cluster of itchy blisters. I noticed it when I had my first outbreak and it went away and today I looked at it and there is a huge cluster of blisters. Its really awful looking. Has anyone else had this? Also has anyone transferred it to there hands? I'm paranoid about this when I masturbate. Sorry if this is to graphic. I just want to know. Answer: Sorry i posted this in the wrong section..... I have hsv1 and had it since i was a child and about 2 years ago i transferred it from my lip to my face above my lip but to the side of my nose. Its only come back once. So make sure not to touch it and clean your hands if you do. Answer: While HSV2 generally "lives" in the "boxer short" area, I've been frequenting both this and another board and have heard from a few people who have had OBs on their legs or other parts of their bodies. One woman had them on the inside of her leg- there's a pic of her OB here. Another on her ankle. And a third person on his/her (i don't remember which) back... so it happens. :?
