I was just browsing through Wal-Mart and Target's $4.00 prescription meds programs, and I saw where both offer Acyclovir 30 tablets/month for $4.00. For those without insurance, it might be worth checking out. I don't know what it costs elsewhere but $4.00 for 30 tabs seemed pretty reasonable to me.

Wow that is cheap.I have insurance and I pay $12.90 for 60 tabs.I think its cheap everywhere since it is a knock off.Now if you find Valtrex cheap that would be a shock:-o

Hi, i was looking for help several years ago for the OB of herpes on my upper lip and nose, I use to have so many OB that i couldnt get one healed before another was starting, i was desperate to find something that i could afford, well i found it, its called Boron or tri-boron you can find it in any health store and it is very cheap!!!! the only problem isfive years ago i started with one pill a day and for five years that worked as long as i didnt miss a single day of it, but now i have to take two pills a day and if i get really stressed out i get a OB anyway, i will be starting a new health pill called zeolite, its for cancer patients but it is all natural and is suppose to be the best thing for preventing cancer and treating it, it makes your immune system un-beatable. ill let you know if it works.

This is in response to Cinny's comment. Please be sure to let us know if the zeolite pills work for you. I'm wondering if it's hard to get that particular presciption and how expensive it is. I tend to only get cold sores in the summer, but it's almost always when my immune system is down as well. Also, what did the boron pills do for you? And where can you find them?
