iT IS KEEPING MU OBS AT BAY BUT I HAVE BEEN VERY LATHARGIC SINCE STARTING ON THE BLUE PILL TAKING 1 GRAM PER DAY AS A SUPPRESSIVE THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS

Actually, the main reason I decided not to take them was the potential side affects, which include: fatigue, nausea, muscle aches, disorientatioin and (Ta-DA!) dimentia.

Personally (and I'm speaking solely for myself here), I don't think anything that has the potential to wreak such havoc on your system can be good for you in the long run. I know... most people take them with no problem, but when I compare the discomfort of an occassional ob to that list of possibilities, I'll pass, thank you.
