Question:
It is not me but my daughter. She dated a guy. She had a break out 2 months after they started dating. I am not sure what exactly she has but it is an STD. The dated for almost 2 years. He caught whatever she had. They recently broke up and now he wants to sue for damages and who knows what else.
Question is do we need to worry about getting sued by this loser?:(

I would recommend talking to a lawyer.

Because this is a new topic section on the boards, there are only a few posts by someone in the opposite situation (trying to sue), but I think there are some links in those posts to info on lawsuits in different states.

But a lawyer is really your best bet.
