However, you may wanna know that the chlorine in the water will dry up your skin, starving it of oxygen... the only element that can inhibit or kill these viruses in your body... you wanna get more oxygen into your body, not deplete the existing level...

thanx for the reply i just didn't know what to do cuz at a swimming pool my sis works at theres a sign that says you can't swim if you have a communicable disease and i like swimming so mad me sad :cry: to think that i wasn't aloud to swim but i feel :D now thanx
