Could I spread it by Oral Sex
Question: I found out that I have HSV1 and HSV2... right now there is no dating bc my current boyfriend wont even talk to me bc I told him but im wondering when I do decide to get in the dating scene.. I will definitly use condoms, but can they get it from me through oral sex, and can I give it by oral sex.. anyone know. Answer: Yes. If you have an oral infection you can transmit it to a non-infected partner genitally if you perform oral sex on them. If you have an oral infection you can transmit it to a non-infected partner orally through kissing. If you have a genital infection you can transmit it to a non-infected partner orally if they perform oral sex on you. If you have a genital infection you can transmit it to a non-infected partner genitally if they have intercourse with you. This virus is spread by skin to skin contact. Condoms can only reduce the chance of transmission. They do not cover the entire area where skin can come into contact with skin. In a genital infection the virus is not isolated to just the penis or the vagina. Viral shedding can occur in the entire "boxer shorts" area. Answer: Can you just spread it if you have an infection? or can you spread it if you dont have any symptoms ? Answer: If you have an active ob it is very contagious. This is the easiest time to spread to someone else. If you have no signs or symptoms the chance of spreading is reduced to about 4%. This is usually referred to as asymptomatic shedding. Statistically it is easier for a man to spread the virus to a woman than for a woman to spread it to a man. (Genital Infections) Answer: What is OB? and I havent had any symptoms.. so I its a low possiability of spreading it? Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
