I really need help...

Question:
When will it stop being painful to walk during my fist outbreak? I want to be able to go to school, but it hurts to walk (because of the sores). The flu sypmtoms have gone away and I just need the bumps to become tolerable, any ideas?

Answer:
also, when does Valtrex begin to work? I've been on it for 3 days and am wondering when i will be able to see some results?

Answer:
Hi,

Please read my post here (Outbreak Treatment Summary -
) I started a hard core exercise routine day one and also attempted to detoxify my system (no more coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, junk food, etc.) Also practice deep breathing.

If you are doing Valtrex, 500mg twice a day, then it should kick in soon. However, H2O2 sprayed periodically on the sores helps. I had a small spray bottle I carried in my pocket. If the Valtrex doesn't kick in by the end of the week I would talk to your doctor and perhaps try Famvir.

Good luck,
Fighter

Answer:
Oops,

Yes, I also take L-Lysine, 1000mg before every meal. You can do up to 7000mg during an outbreak. No issues have been reported with too much Lysine, but use everything in moderation.

Good luck,
Fighter
