Question:
i just read a few days ago to put ice on the area as soon as you notice an out break. and wouldn't you know yesterday morning at work i felt it, got home applied ice for 15 minute 3 times with a 5 minute break in between each and it worked, it now looks like it would the last few days just a few red spots. no blisters no running sores no open sores. I like to personally thank who ever came up with this!

I woke up at 4 am to get a drink, noticed the "TINGLE" and a red spot. Put some Ice on it then some neutragena on it it's now 5 pm and you can barely see anything! and it has been over 1 yr with out a break out ! i use the neutragena , but ran out 2 weeks ago! thankfully i bought some yesterday afternoon!
