Ok..lets say I have oral sex with a girl that *could* have herpes..well she only gave me oral..well anyway..she had no coldsores (every now and then she does..)..we barely kissed..but isn't herpes transmitted through contact?..so the only way I could get herpes on my genital area is direct contact with her cold sore?..what's the odds of me getting "it"?

And another question..I took a shower like an 30 mins to an hour after she gave me oral..would that do any good?

she has oral herpes, an incurable disease, and can spread it even when no outbreak is present, to any mucous membrane (nostrils, genitals, mouth). symptoms vary greatly depending on the person. as for a shower, don't count on it. put yourself at risk and you will get burned.
