never an outbreak???
Question: i've been on the never an outbreak site for ages... it sounds amazing. almost too good to be true? i'm sure i've seen stuff on here about the site before, was just wondering if any of you could tell me anything about it before i lay down my cash. is it just another one of those scams where they plug into our insecurities about the virus to earn an easy buck? or is there really something in what they're saying? thanks. Not sure which one you're referring to. Could you post the URL? Answer: I know this topic is somewhat old but the webpage is at neveranoutbreak.com I ordered the info and the DMSO several years ago. The main crux of the therapy being that if you provide enough extra oxygen to the site, via major nerve roots in your lower back, you'll keep the virus at bay. Their method for this was to spray h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide, which has an extra Oxygen molecule) over your lower back, and then apply dmso, which is another compound that soaks the h202 into your system. I find the dsmo rather irritating to the skin and I'm not sure it affected my outbreaks positively when I had them. (Acyclovir did) Also there is some liquified oxygen product they want you to drink.. and by the way you can find all these products at your local health food store but their books ties together how to use them. I was never sure that 'drinking oxygen' was useful or if it was hooey. Sorry I am not a better reference on that. Like someone else posted, good ole regular aerobic exercise provides you with alot of oxygen too, and can cut down your number of outbreaks. HOWEVER. Reading their material did cause me to start doing something that I think helps, and has ever since. I keep a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide by my toilet and I regularly mist my genitals to clean away bacteria, etc. Especially after sex, or during my period or outbreaks. whether it really provides extra oxygen on the skin or not and prevents outbreaks, who knows. But I think it's helped me a great deal, and it's cheap. And you know how during an OB you are afraid to use toilet paper anyway? Very helpful during that time. I understand many men also use h2o2 after sex on their genitals. If you are uncomfortable with the idea, you can cut the mixtrue to half hydrogen peroxide and half water. s2bh Answer: I know this topic is somewhat old but the webpage is at neveranoutbreak.com I ordered the info and the DMSO several years ago. Myst hydrogen peroxide on the genitals... Who gave you that idea??? Have you tried this on open blisters??? Rich Answer: As the thread clearly indicates, I learned that from neveranoutbreak.com And yes I have tried it on open blisters. Why the sarcasm, Rich?? :?: s2bh Answer: I'm not so sure Rich was being sarcastic S2BH - were you Rich? I know someone elsewhere had mentioned Hydrogen Peroxide - maybe it was Rich - And if not - I have tried it and it seemed to help dry out the area, oxygen is great for anything to heal - I have used Hydrogen Peroxide on abrasions for years - so why not on an outbreak - stings, but dry is good! Answer: I like to use hydrogen peroxide before sex-I feel it gets rid of the shedding factor in case I am shedding asymptomatically. I read it somewhere on this site and I've just kind of stuck with it- I guess no one really knows if it works. I've also done iodine Answer: I think using hydrogen peroxide sounds like a good idea, but I asked the ASHA about it and they said it wasn't recommended. I still am going to use it though. Anyone else have any thoughts about DMSO and the liquid oxygen stuff? Has anyone ever had a bad experience with DMSO? Or any positive thoughts on the liquid oxygen? Answer: Hey I tried the DMSO cream and the stuff does not make any difference. Huge waste of $26. Has anyone tried Valtrex? Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
