all i take is lysen and vitimins


is it ever going to stop spreading?

Have you tried going to the doctor?

I take Lysine and vitamins as well. I also drink Green Tea like there is no tomorrow. But I ALSO took Valtrex. Within five days of taking the Valtrex, it was gone. Different things work for different people, but I would usggest going to the doctor if you haven't.

well i found out my gf has herpes and now it looks like i have it...she gives me valtrex because i cant afford them but they dont seem to work for me

As a doc with HSV who has treated many cases, I've never seen a case last over 2 weeks in a healthy (non-immune compromised) person. You need to see a doc. I'm not sure this is herpes.
