Is 1000mg daily enough?
I've checked all stores that carry Lysine supplements here (not too many in my country *sob*) and they only come in 500mg or 1000mg tabs.

i think thats HSV sites recomend 1250mg per day to ensure it has an affect on viral reproduction¬!!

i take 1500 mgs each day. check out websites for vitamin/supplement purchases; that is where i get all of my vitamins/herbs.
