Does it make sense, and is it safe for a non-hvs partner to use balms like H-Balm (http://www.fonoils.com/hbalm.html) to apply where a condom does not protect to limit/eliminate the contraction of the virus from a HVS-2 partner?

Is there any thing else a non-hvs partner can take for safety preclusions?

also, it's probably safe to use those things that way since they are all natural, but they're expensive and you can buy the ingredients yourself for alot less.
