I have fought off my last 2 outbreaks!
Question: Ok, so from my prior experience, during an outbreak, the area is always red/swollen, then within a few days, scabs form and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to heal, it sucks!!! The last few times, the area got swollen but scabs never formed and it was completely gone within 2-3 days! I know it was an outbreak because I felt the tingles down there and a bit of painful urination. What I basically did was as soon as I noticed the OB, I did a bunch of things that are known to kill herpes. Olive Leaf, Zinc, Lysine, Purell applied 4-5 times a day, Tea Tree oil directly on it, super echinacea a few times a day, turmeric pills, lots of water! It could be just the Olive Leaf doing it or it might be a combination of all of the above, I dont know but I know its working! 5 days ago, I had swollen area on my penis, now it is completely gone! I have a feeling the Olive Leaf is greatly responsible for the quick healing. Any similar experiences? I highly recommend trying this if you are in the same boat. Answer: i am glad to hear that something is working for you. in my experience, every month when i get my period (only had 4 periods since diagnosed/first ob) i feel like i might be getting an ob because i get sore down there and i get terrible pains in the back of my thighs. nothing ever materializes and i take lysine, olive leaf, green tea, zinc, c with bioflavonoids and b complex. maybe there is something to the recommended vitamins and herbs!!!!!!!;) that makes me happy. Sounds like you are having the same success! Seems like the virus gets overpowered by these things. Certainly beats taking prescribed drugs! Btw, I forgot I also drink cranberry juice which is supposed to be good against herpes. Answer: I never heard that cranberry juice is good for herpes. I love cranberry juice. I am going to consider the other vitamins and methods that were named above as well. I feel something natural has got to work because I do not want to do suppressive therapy. Answer: I would recommend trying this "cocktail" to others who are suffering O.B. I have even been drinking coffee lately and still nothing. Answer: I LOVE cranberry juice!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! And those little dried cranberries!!?? Better than candy!!! MMMMM goodness! There are SO many benefits from indulging in cranberries. Good for our urinary tract (especially us ladies, who can easily get the dreaded BLADDER INFECTION...but good for the lads as well!) chalk full of TONS of vitamin C, so a great way to boost our immune system. A well known, yet very underrated source for a healthy body! Did I say I love the cranberry?!! ;-) Also, I was going to mention before, but since it was mentioned here on this thread....I bought this stuff from Trader Joes (another GREAT place....where you can get organic foods and what not) ...it is a facial cleanser made with tea tree oil and awapuhi (sp?) Anyways, I use this stuff for when I really have a bad acne break out (usually around my period) and it clears it up quickly. So I started thinking...this stuff is strong enough to clear up pimples when I do get them, but gentle enough for my face.....I wonder how it would work DOWN THERE when I have an outbreak. I have also noticed when I shave my bikini line area, if I start to get "razor rash" I use this stuff...and phhht! all gone!! I think I have tried it down there right at the beginning of an outbreak and it went away right away....so who knows??! Worth the try and CHEAP too (about $4 for a decent sized bottle of this stuff....one of those pump dispenser bottles) . the stuff has a harsh smell, but I am telling you, it has worked GREAT for me on pimples and on bikini in grown hairs, so.......maybe check it out. I know people on this MB vouch for tea tree oil in general...I am thinking this might be a less harsh alternative.... Answer: hey ouch what is his soap called? i think i'll go and buy it Answer: Ohh...shoot, lemme run into the bathroom...my man is in there showering and locked the door. hahaaha. Ok, it is called "Thoroughly Clean Face Wash". It is in a clear bottle with a greenish colored trim. Orangish/brownish in color. Smells weird, but man, it clears the skin up good. Like I said, it has also helped along the bikini line and I am willing to try it down below should anything pop up! (ie. OUTBREAK!) Shoot on over and pick some up thought. Only like....$4.99 a bottle. Really runny stuff though, so be careful when dispensing it into your hands. Answer: Try this people! Still not one outbreak since, if I noticed any redness or swollen area erupting, it is gone the next day after my cocktail!!! Fuck Valtrex, try this. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
