Is 1 gm of valtrex 3 times a day alot to treat an outbreak? I feel I'm on the verge an ob. Not sure really. Doctor gives me scripts for treating the outbreak not suppressive therapy. Is that a normal amount? And thank God.. If I chose to go on suppressive it will only coast me 50$ dollars a month. Friggin 285$ for a 7 day supply without insurance.. Holy shit!!!! Use to gripe I had crappy insurance.lol... but 50$ is way better.
