Question:
How easy is it to spread the virus around? Like, how well do you have to wash your hands? I scrub and scrub them after going to the bathroom, and even making sure I don't touch them. Then I use hand sanitizer too. I just feel like a walking virus and I don't want to spread it to my eyes or worse yet to my baby. How hard is it to wash off your hands??

I would think if you are using soap and warm-hot water and using hand sanitizer, you are fine, as your child/children/eyes, etc. should be. This virus plays games with your mind, such as the "OMG, I am spreading it everywhere". I tossed and turned all night last night thinking I was spreading this to myself (I am not even having an OB). Just remember to keep doing what you are doing; you should all be fine.

TBH - i was the same for the first year, then i can to the conclusion "what will be will be" and decided to live normally and not let the physical or mental side bother me..
