Question about contracting the virus...
Question: Sorry, this is gonna be in a bit of a jumble, kinda going thru a whirlwind of emotions here… I’ve been reading this and that… here and there, but thought I would pose a question that is burning me most here… first, a little background info: I’ve been sexually active for the last 3 years, and have been in a monogamous relationship with a new partner for the last three months… Am I correct in thinking that although 60-80% of people with the virus are carriers or something, and don’t show symptoms… but if you’re not that lucky, and do show symptoms, they’ll occur – you’ll have your first outbreak or whatever – 2-12 days after contracting the virus? Answer: no, you can have your first outbreak whenever your body feels like it, if thats 2 years after being exposed, or 20 thats what it is... 2-12 is a general time line, but not everyone fits into that time. Answer: Thanks, pal. One other thing, I have no idea if this has any bearing... I know the moment I got it... my partner and I were having sex without a condom about a week ago, and I experienced a crazy burning sensation at the end, and she said she that she hurt... I started breaking out and swelling a day or two after... Answer: *Maybe "I got it" is not the best choice of words there... Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
