so i had an outbreak, and its scabbed over.. last night i hooked up with this girl from my school, not thinking about it a) because i was drunk, b) i didnt know if im infectious when the sores are scabbed over... we didnt have sex, or oral sex, so shes not in any possible serious trouble, but we did "make out" alot, and im sure the scabs touched her chin (mine are on my chin) ... so, is this bad? what should i do? and i am even infectious right now?

I'm afraid so, your infectious up to a week after the initial outbreak, even at the stage where it has scabbed over.

However theres always a chance it has not passed on. If you have passed it too her, her glands should swell up in the next few days and she should start experiencing symptoms similar to a cold before getting coldsores, most where first contact was made.
