Hi Folks,

I usually get cuts after sex. Are these outbreaks. Also, I just got over a regular (blister) outbreak last week and was itchy. So I scratched and now I have a cut about 3 inches long. Damnit. Is this another outbreak?

I would definately get tested for the virus. Sex can cause enough friction in some people to cause an outbreak. Use a lubricant (made for sensitive skin--no fragrance or warming) to see if that helps in the future. But, get tested. Keep us posted.

mine too and sometimes a rash looking patches......never blisters

Mine look like cuts too... l, and this last time it actually *bled* wondering if that is normal? Anyone else have something similar happen?

Had sex this weekend. Was a little sore down there, had a tear from the friction and roughness.

Turned into a OB. Just stay away from sex for a couple days to see if it heals or if it turns into more. YOu will learn you body quickly if that is what it is doing.

I'm not sexually active at this time, so I doubt it was friction. I've had this for 9 years, the OB's are farther apart, but sheer hell when they do come on.
