Question:
Hi guys, Im looking for advice on cold sores. Ive never had one but recently developed what appears as a HUGE pimple, white head and all. It's right on the crease of my bottom lip. Its started as a soft white head but turned very hard. It doesnt present like a normal cold sore would (its not breaking and spreading) it just stayed white and callased. Tonight I tore it a little and it bled so I just kept an alcohol swab on it.

I was wondering if anyone has had a cold sore present like this or is it possible this was just an industrial size pimple. My blood test showed H1 and H2 however I am unclear if they are genital and oral or if they are both genital since I have never had a cold sore.

Any advice would help. thanks

since u did test post for both its possible its a cold sore.
everyone has outbreaks diffrently, and from the location i would say it most likly is.
