how do i live with this and will i be alone forever now i dont understand

you do what the rest of us of have done, and continue to do, and are still learning to do. you educate yourself, you take care of yourself, physically and mentally, you come here for support and advice and friendship. you will not be alone forever, there are many success stories here about relationships, old and new. you will not be alone forever unless you choose to be. it can/will be difficult at times, especially in the beginning, but it will get better......promise!!!!:D
