My first blister

Question:
This is just swell...

I just found a blister on my labia. Gee...I thought I was going to be lucky and just have Ob's on my ass.
So much for my first Ob that appeared to be a mosquito bite...That seemed easy.

No wonder I've had low energy and joint pain the last few days.

Has anyone else had joint pain with an Ob?

Answer:
Maybe because of the high heat? Water, big dose of lysine, Vc and topical stuff can knock it off....
Nerve pain can radiate to other parts of body from the original site... My shooting pain covered groin area and thigh...

Answer:
I think you are right annyi.

I've been in the sun a lot lately and it's been really hot out...I haven't slept well because of the heat. Probably the combo.
I'll bump up my vitamins ...I had run out of lysine.

I had really hoped my OB's would have stayed isolated to one area...I'm so bummed.

Answer:
Shayna,

Don't feel too bad... I think breakouts gives us opportunity to kill virus from the wound, while we can't touch them when they are in cells! When I had OBs, I don't feel much nerve pain... Lysine, have to stock it up, I keep two bottles of 250 pills of 1 gram in drawer... When in the sun, have to keep drinking water. When I was in Mexico, the sun was very strong, but I carried the one liter water bottle around, and did not have ob... So I guess it was the dehydration not the sun gives ob. Also, drinking water can drain minerals in our body, so have to keep other dosages higher.
I forgot to ask you: is your blister broken yet? If not, use alcohol on it, light circles, or just tap on if it is big; if it has broken, use Blistex, it doesn't sting. They work for me.
