Ladies' risk in sex involves herpes...

Question:
I have this question... doesn't matter which party has the herpes virus, whenever the virus in the messy fluid ;), both parties are in exposure. For guys, they can wash with soap or even rub with purell to clean themselves, as long as they pay attention to details and get to the skin folds, it should be thorough enough. What about ladies? Even when the guy wears a condom, when condom touch our old ob spots/body fluids on the outside, it will bring any presenting virus to inside of us... We can clean outside of us, what about inside?? Should we use the products like Summer Eve type of douche? But it is not like soap! I really feel if our inner skin got rubbed against and skin surface was broken, then it is us at high risk of getting the virus inside... So guys can be protected better by condoms, what about ladies ?
