My outbreaks
Question: I have had a few OB in the last couple of months but my question is how do you really know its a OB.Based on everything I have been reading about OB mines are totally diffrent.I dont get blisters or cuts or any kind of lesion for that matter.I just have a burning feeling down there.I have HSV2. Answer: outbreaks can be described as any time you can feel or visibly see anything that alerts you to the fact the virus is indeed replicating on the skin, and therefore, you are contagious during those times. As for the rest of the time without feeling or seeing anything it is a game of chance. A few days before and after the feelings or seeing something is also when you are most contagious. I think the hardest part of all of this is there is no boundaries and nothing is defined in terms of what is normal or what can be expected, as it is so very different for everyone.
