Can someone please share with me how it feels when your glands are swollen in your groin area? I noticed some soreness in my right groin area today and when I touched it, I felt a lump and it felt like someone had hit me in that area. I don't remember hitting myself in that area, but I cannot remember. I just noticed the soreness and then I felt the lump. Thanks for your input!:D

I would assume that the pain and bump you are feeling are def swollen glands. Do you recall having the mumps (not knowing your age, just asking)? Having swollen glands in your throat, under your chin with a bad cold??? I would think they would be very similar in discomfort and to the touch.
