Hi,

I went for Bikram yoga last night and got home with a lot of tingling. I am wondering if the heat from Bikram Yoga can cause an outbreak. If this is true, does anyone have any remedies on how to continue Bikram without getting an outbreak.

I don't know anything about that kind of yoga per se. But I'd bet that if you haven't done it before that the heat and the activity may be causing your body to purge toxins and this may have caused the ob.

I would recommend that you drink a lot of water with lemon in it before and after your sessions.
