ongoing joint/muscle/skin pain
Question: hi everyone, i was diagnosed about 3 months ago with hsv2 and am still dealing with alot of symptoms without really an outbreak. my skin all over my body is very sensitive, joint pain in my legs and arm pits and on/off testicular pain. not sure if this is all supposed to last this long but im freaked out to be honest. my skin has just become very sensitive everywhere and i havent heard too much about people being sensitive all over, more or less just in the break out area. has anyone else experienced this problem? any input would be appreciated thanks, pat Answer: Hey Pshazzy, Cute name!:p I was diagnosed in April 07 and YES, I was miserable for the first three months. Skin hurt, like the flu, back ache, muscle aches, terrible pains in my upper thighs, tailbone, crotch, etc. I thought it was never going to to away. After the third month, I started to feel "normal" again. You need to take the prescribed doses of lysine, vit. c, zinc, and the herbs; I swear that is the only thing that has helped me. This is first time since April that when I had/have my period, I was not totally miserable. This month I only had a really bad back ache and occasional cramps in the back of my thighs. Hang in there; it will get better. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
