Hi all,

Over the last say 2 months I have been having back to back outbreaks. This has never happened to me in all the years of having HSV2. My last OB was a week ago and I'm already having another one. It seems to be every two weeks and need to get this under control. I have decided to start taking multi vitamins hoping that this will help. Would be grateful for any advice.

hows your lifestyle? maybe your causing the obs from some kind of food....

Sorry to hear that.
I experienced the same thing and it finally stopped when I went off my birth control pills.
I also keep a diary detailing what I ate and even what time I went to bed.
Olive leaf and echinacea works wonders for me.

Works for me and you can get the pills in any health food store, just take one pill a day and you should be fine. I was in your shoes five years ago and getting on one of these chat lines helped me, let me know if it works.

i have just come across this post and seem to be in exactly the same boat suzie1, i was diagnosed around 6 months ago as having herpes and ever since i have been getti outbreats exactly every 2 weeks, as soon as onces heeled up another comes along. i have tried changing my lifestyle etc but this hasnt helped one bit and its driving me insane. is there any thing i can take to control this.
