can your second outbreak be the "first more severe" outbreak :S??
Question: I'm pretty new to this.. i've had herpes simplex for about 3 months now but like, about a month ago or so i got my "first" outbreak but it was just a TINY blister on my top lip... and right now i have LOADS of them ALL over my top and bottom lips?! Could this be because it's my first real outbreak or what :S? Cause if they're all gonna end up looking like this then i have no idea how i'll cope with all of this :( Answer: I don't have much for you, but i wanted to tell you my first one was just one bump that i thought was razor burn or an ingrown hair (i have genital, btw. i don't shave my 'stach :P). The second one was about the same, but the third one was several bumps altogether and it's what prompted me to go to the dr. Since then, none have been as bad as that 3rd one, although they do seem to be changing in location. A lot of people have had great success using a prescription antiviral until they can get their first sets of OBs under control. You might consider medication if they're that severe.
