how long should we wait?
Question: hey, my girlfriend is almost done with her first outbreak, Ive been reading a lot of posts and it seems like she has a very slight outbreak, she described it as 4 bumps at first then slowly went down 2 one bump which its at now. I am still yet 2 be tested so until then I want to try 2 prevent it from spreading just in case I don't have it. We always use a condom but I know this doesn't do much to prevent it. How long should we wait 2 have sex again after the outbreak is completely gone? I know me and her really want 2 but I just want 2 take safety precautions Answer: I think the general concensus is at least a week after the outbreak has healed completely. If you really want to be safe, you could wait closer to two weeks. And don't forget that washing your parts afterwards goes a long way too! Answer: sounds like a stupid ques, but how long can you wait 2 wash, like is it directly after or can u wait like 5 minutes lol, also when i do get tested and if it comes bak positive as the same thing she has do we have to worry about anything when there are no outbreaks, like I said before we always use a condom Answer: oh yea also, she had just told me its almost completely gone, as if it were to scab, when its completely gone can I still use my hand 2 pleasure her or would that irritate it to come back?
