end to everything good?

Question:
i was just diagnosed yesterday and have had all the thoughts that people here have talked about (thinking my life is over, i'll never meet anyone, etc.) but i've also read that other things like that alcohol, chocolate, caffeine and smoking all can make it worse. i'm having an uncomfortable OB right now (even though maybe not as bad as some people's) and am stressed and depressed and i can't give up all those things. so for now i'm just trying to stay away from chocolate and caffeine. but do those things really have a big effect on the length and frequency of an outbreak or does that only apply to very sensitive people? does anyone even know? i can't give up all my other vices along with my sex life.

Answer:
Don't worry to much. Foremost you want to concentrate of being in a good emotional state. Easier said then done you will say. :) Well yes, but don't forget the virus also live on stress and that's what you don't want to have. Have some drinks, just don't go overboard. In regards to smoking....well there are more reasons then Herpes to stop it. Believe me, you don't want to end up on oxygen just to catch a breath later on in life. Additionally do what a lot of people have done to control there OB's. Lysine, Vitamins, Sleep, Exercise and also look at HBOT. Good luck and all the best.
