Hi everyone! I have been reading these posts, and I came across two so far that said if you spray Hydrogen Peroxide on your self and it turns white that means your shedding?? Is this true? If anyone has more information that would be awesome!! Thanks Everyone :?:

All I know is that hydrogen peroxide reacts to oxygen making it bubble. That is why people put it on cuts because the bubble action lifts the dirt out of a cut. I have never tried it to see if their is shedding, but I seriously doubt it works.

eg. Like when you have dandruff and itch your head alot and get these white flakes that come off, thats the sluffing off or shedding of dandruf. But in the case of Dandruff you re not going to infect anone.

When speaking about Shedding of the H Virus, the virus is active and can be spread to someone else.
