Just make sure to wash your hands with soap and hot water afterward as to not infect any other parts of your body or other people. Other than that, I wouldn't be that concerned with it.

Deilah is right, just wash your hands after and make sure not to touch any other parts of your body especially any soft mucus membranes, like the eyes and that would be bad, but I'm pretty sure you knew that. Enjoy.
