I'm involved with a lady that had a baby 1 year ago . (I'm not the father) . Do most all doctor's test for Herpes during pregnancy to protect the baby and avoid vaginal birth if it's positive ? This lady claims to not have slept with anyone in the last two years . Should I ask her to get tested again ? Or was she probably already tested during her pregnancy ? Thanks for any help.....

No - they don't test for HSV - everything else though - so, I would ask her - keeping in mind that some people have it and don't know... so be gentle-minded! :-)
