I got Genital H 27 years ago. I am divorced now and I am asking for help.

I have not had an outbreak in years. When I have they have been very minor (one tiny blister) and quick to heal.

Stress used to cause an OB but I am under constans stress and pressure on the job. And I am also stressed because I have met this amazing woman and I am trying to learn more so I can discuss this with sith some more knowledge.

Am at at lees risk of transmitting based on my current state and past history? Trust me I am not asking this calculating odds think about doing it without telling her. I am just looking for advixe so I can tell her more about H.

Wow :o 27 years...Going by your frequency and duration of ob I would venture to say that your risks would be very low.Your a lucky person to have such few and far between ob.s or symptoms,or you have managed to control it very well.What type H? Are you on any meds or have been
in the past? Are you very health/exercise concencious? Sorry for all questions,just wondering how you have managed all those years.
I think if she has a computer,pointing her to all the informational sites,and even message boards may give her a more personal insight of ordinary everyday people learning how to cope and live thier lives and that how many persons have normal relationships with non H individiuls.
