Answer:
How do you know, are you a doctor?

Answer:
Don't need to be a doctor to know that.. but would love for someone to find me a doctor that would tell me I can't pass it...

herpes is a virus and it is contagious when symptoms are present and when there is shedding... can't always tell when this is going on... some women have their OB's internally and never think of it as more than a yeast infection type of thing... I have never had an outbreak that I know of... but I am positive for HSV2....

anyone that has Herpes should educate themselves... read the info on some of the sites posted here... I am fond of WebMD, planned parenthood, and the CDC...

Answer:
How do you know, are you a doctor? Then why would you ask such a question via a forum full of complete and total strangers?

Answer:
LOL.... "Are you a doctor?"

Anglea is not a doctor as far as I know, but she sure knows alot about herpes!! If you want a doctors answer it's best to go to your doctor or a clinic and ask there.

This forum is made up of regular non-doctor people who have herpes, think they may have it or have loved one with it.

The first thing my doc told me was that herpes is contagious and that I must tell any sex partners I may have.
