not the only one
Question: Hi Folks, I'm not the only one with HSV2 for 30 years. I'm not the only one that lives alone because of it. I'm not the only one that shys away from social meeting places. I'm not the only one that feels like he will die a lonley old man. I am the only one that is me. I've been surfing these social kooties sites for a couple of years now, joined a few and still feel isolated with my little gift. Alot of places I check out just have words and no smiling faces and now that I'm over 50 I have trouble finding single ladies in my age group. On this site it's hard to tell who your talking to. :?: Answer: Why don't you take a chance and get out there and meet new people? Do you have a social group in your area? Angela :D Answer: Thanks Angela, I have done that for a couple of years previously to getting a computer, I'm kinda an outsider anyway. If I didn't have this problem I would be a bit more coragious or if I had alot of cash or something maybe that would help. I find that I'm not all that atractive to women anyway, with my Grandpas 'skinny' jeans and all. Bottom line is I feel socialy enept and certanaly don't want to go around in social groups that treat me as an icon of years gone by....sorry I digress. I will redouble my efforts to find a social group in the little town I live in. Thanks for the kick in the pants  Answer: maybe try std dating sites. If nothing else you might make a few friends who understand. there are also local support groups in many areas and large social gatterings. there was a huge 3 or 4 day event in Chicago last year. People of all ages go and these people will if nothing else accept you because hey youve got atleat one thing in common. :) Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
