Itching and Bleeding

Question:
Hi everyone,

I was diagnosed last month and just had my 2nd ob, before my bottom had even finished healing from the last one. :( Most of the ob is around my anus, not my labia. It hurts SO BAD everytime I have to poo and I often bleed a little bit. I can't find any information on what to do about it. Are there others who have this and have any advice? I've tried tea tree and aloe vera with lidocaine to help with the pain but it won't heal.

Thanks so much!

Answer:
Ok ~ the bleeding is not from herpes so you really need to stay in touch with your doctor about this and see what the doc has to say, k?

Hi there,

I was just diagnosed with this damn thing recently too and my outbreak was horrible. I had it everywhere and since after having rough sex, I also had an anal fissure in which the virus spread all the way through. Imagine those little bastards in every opening!! So weeks passed, so far I'm able to control the outbreaks with Lysine, Vit B, Grapefruit Seed Extract.. and when I'm really worried, I take the acyclovir.

So anyway, all I have left are anal 'skin tags' with some itching. I have used a Calendula gel mixed with tea tree oil OR tea tree oil and hydrogen peroxide which stops the itching right away. I bleed as well when I poo, and it hurts, but way less than it used to. I showed my doctor but like many doctors they assume you're alright unless you show signs....anyways, she said it was nothing...but I saw pics on the web (I know I shouldn't get crazy) but I saw EXACTLY what I have on the net and it was for HPV warts. Now my doctor won't check me for HPV because my pap came back normal. So I don't know what to do. If this anal problem doesn't go away soon, I'm going to try to find out how to test for this. Also, that same "prodome" feeling, sort of heavy and tingly, I get that on my butt side as well as my front side. Many people say that anal herpes is rare. Where can we get more info about this???

Thanks and best of luck to all,

Hi well i can't offer any answers i'm afraid but i'm just so glad to hear some people talking about the symptoms i suffer! I also have anal outbreaks (I've seen 3 health professionals and they can't see anything but i certainly can). The outbreaks are painful and i also bled with my first outbreak. These leisons do sometimes bleed , I had a coldsore around the nostril area and that also bled.

I don't actually do anything medication wise (my swab tests were neg and i'm so tired of trying to convince the med profs that i have this). Does tea tree oil help with the itching then? That is the worst symptom for me, it drives me crazy. I must admit i had been worried about hpv too although there is nothing to see.

Answer:
I have not had a outbreak as I seem to be internal but I have had friends that say tea tree oil burns a little bit but warms and sooths and helps the healing - hope this helps you.
