BAD OUTBREAKS! HELP!
Question: i was diagnosed with herpes about 2 months ago. after takeing my first dose of acyclovir everything think healed up quickly and nicely. now ive gotten anoher outbreak and my prescription didnt even get rid of it completly its like all of a sudden it wont go away! has anyone experienced this or have any advice?! Answer: It takes several months for your body to produce long-term anitbodies to HSV. You need to give it some time and don't panic. Your outbreaks should decrease as time goes by... especially for type 1 genital. Answer: boost your immune system. pay attention to your body and figure out what triggers outbreaks and what doesnt. everyones body is different. i have hsv 2 and i once got this huge blister down there and i bought this stuff called coraphor and i followed the directions that came with it and the huge blister was gone over night. and i've never gotten any more for almost a year now. but i still get OB only they are the little cut like outbreaks. but i'd have to say that the little slits are way less painful that the huge blister. soooooo yeah good luck.
