I don't think its common to be sore, but then again I usually wait a few days after an ob.

Isn't it just bad in general to experience pain during intercourse?

stress could be causing you not to "lube up" as your body normally would...perhaps use one of the nice lubes on the market right now, along with the condom, that can help alleviate some of the pain and help you get back into "the groove". you shouldn't be in pain, unless you are having an internal outbreak, so I would think it is more psychosomatic symptoms than real physical ones.

When you feel better...try a dab of lube! :wink:
