Aight this isn't really about outbreaks. This is about things that happen regularly for me. I have HV1 down low. It seems like anytime i put on long pants my legs feel numb and sorta like when you put Vicks Vabo rub on. Also, on the underside of my penis there are bumps that stay there and I think they just came there wit the first outbreak. WHy are they staying? Are these things normal?
