Question:
I normally do not have genital outbreaks at all...I was just recently diagnosed thru a blood test, as I had no visible signs.

My question is...I think my body is responding to this virus in extreme flu like symptoms. I am currently experiencing this right now, and have one time before I knew I had H.
I was fine one day, then the next day my throat was very sore, neck glands very swollen, sharp lower back pain and muscle pain all over.
Extrememly tired, and my sinuses are completely blocked and RUNNY!!! It sucks. Just wondering if I am right about this being an outbreak??? I don't want it to be something even more serious, obviously I am no good at reading my body...I have had this virus for quite a while, and am just now figuring things out.
Also, is there any medication to treat these type of symptoms because Dayquil and Nyquil don't work :roll:

I also get flu symptoms each and every time I get an OB. Sore throat, swollen glands in neck and underarms, sinus problems, and a fever ( which the doc says is rare but happens ). As soon as I get the fever part, I get an OB, and take Valtrex for it. It helps, and as soon as the OB occurs, in my case, the symtoms of flu go away. There are many different opinions on supressive therapy and dosages and such, so I would speak to a doctor about it if I were you.
