If both people have herpes type 2 can the sex be unprotected? If no one has obs will it cause an outbreak? Also can anal sex be unprotected? What about Oral (if the body makes anti-bodies does this prevent oral herpes type 2?) Thanks in advance.

sure u can have sex unprotected, but it might cause an outbreak.
aswell as anal.
and oral> having it doesnt prevent u from spredding it to ur self- it just makes it a little bit harder but possible.

yes, you still have outbreaks. my ex and i both had it so we didn't use protection much. we never had an outbreak while together but it can definitely happen. if one of you is having an outbreak and you two have sex, the other could easily get an outbreak too. if i understand right, just the rubbing can cause the outbreak. i would use protection just to be safe. you could be having an outbreak and not having the physical symptoms.
